Welcome to Go To Your Edges Course.

  • To optimise the effectiveness of the course and to link the modules with practice, please engage with the daily and weekly practices. They are listed at the beginning of each module. These also tap into the Six Pillars of Happiness at Work.
  • You’ll need to have a journal handy throughout this programme to write down your thoughts, feelings and actions to take.
  • Work through the modules at your own pace and prioritise time to think, research and journal.
  • Taking time to quieten your mind during this course will help you access deeper emotions and allow your brain to step into more flow and creativity.

Course Content

Module 1 – Signature Strengths
Read through the information, complete the signature strengths quiz and write in your journal your thoughts and experiences. Look through the practices for this week and schedule them into your days.

Module 2 – What is happiness at work?
Read through the information, do the activities and write in your journal your thoughts and experiences. Look through the practices for this week and schedule them into your days.

Module 3 – What are your blueprints for work?
Read the questions, have a think and submit your answers, honesty is key. Pay attention to your thought process and record in your journal anything that feels important to note.

Module 4 – Moments of transcendence at work
Follow the instructions, answer the questions and submit. Read through, capture your thoughts in your journal and get excited about practicing your new flow routine.

Module 5 – Seeing challenges as tools for growth
This module needs your total honesty and takes a good look at yourself and your reactions. Write down any revelations.

Module 6 – Cultivating creativity
This module gets into the nitty gritty of what worries us and how to reduce that worry. Worrying can rob us of our creativity, use the exercise in these lessons to explore this.

Module 7 – Making work a calling
Work through the questions being asked, spend some time delving deeper into this and think about your values.

Module 8 – Goal planning
WOOP up your life! You've got this.
