This can sometimes be a painful and challenging journey, I know, I've been there and continue to find it tricky to expand those ever so comfy comfort zones!
If we want the best life though, it needs to be done. Comfy is o.k. at times but it can get rather dull after a while. Growth is one of the main contributors to feeling happy. So step out of your comfy, get out your journal/notebook/laptop and start working through these trainings. Do the work whole heartedly, write stuff down, spend time thinking and then start doing. Remember, we're all in this together.
