What is it?
Go To Your Edges is my 8 week (online) one to one coaching and training programme that will take you out of your stuckness in your working life and move you closer and deeper to your edges where the funky, exciting stuff is waiting for you.
Each week reveals a new module and practical steps to take daily and weekly. The practices in this programme are based in happiness research and positive psychology. Work through the modules, journal your way through the activities and consistently add the practices into your daily routine. Add to that a fortnightly 1 to 1 coaching session with me to really dive in and make some real changes to boldly step into your deep. Oh and share your progress, thoughts and aha moments……...yes it’s time to show up folks, show up for yourself!
